He recently coauthored the book Mediterranean Cooking: Old Flavors Looking for Health. Gastronomical Pathways Applied to the Nephrology, Novapublishers, New York, 2007. His lecture was entitled: “Mediterranean Diet: a Matter of History, Tradition, Culture, and Health”.
